1993

Where It Started — Hedley Rentals

First role in BC's equipment and construction rental industry. Learned the business from the ground up — operators, owners, machines, and the people behind them.

1999

Hertz Equipment Rental

One of the largest equipment rental networks in North America. From one branch in Surrey, BC, I built deep relationships across BC's industrial, mining, infrastructure and construction sectors.

2014

Hino Central Langley

Commercial truck sales and the heavy equipment supply chain — adding another dimension to a deep understanding of what BC builders need to operate.

2020

Momenta Rents

Built the heavy earthmoving division from sub-$50,000 monthly revenue to over $10M in under five years. Clients included Michels Canada, Midwest Pipelines, and 25+ BC construction contractors.
