It's not a résumé — it's a pattern. Four founders grown, two from nearly nothing, and a lifetime of relationships across the industries that build British Columbia. Here's the road that got here.
Where the solutions guy was forged. First job, first uniform — service, systems, and speed under pressure. The habits that run everything I do started behind that counter.
On the tools at BC's biggest new-construction window manufacturer. Two years before I moved on, the crew elected me shop steward — trusted to speak for the people who build. I've stood on both sides of the table ever since.
Into the iron. My first role in BC's equipment and construction rental world — learning the business from the ground up: operators, owners, machines, and the people behind them.
The first founder I helped grow. Business development for a BC entrepreneur — and the start of a pattern I'd repeat for the next 25 years.
One of North America's largest rental networks. From a single Surrey branch, I built deep relationships across BC's industrial, mining, infrastructure, and construction sectors.
The second founder. Business development for a growing BC crane operation — opening doors and moving iron.
The third founder — an Alberta entrepreneur I helped grow from nothing. Commercial truck sales and the heavy-equipment supply chain, deepening what I knew about what BC builders need to run.
The scrappy stretch. I drove a delivery truck when I had to, proved fractional BD works on my own ($80K solo in 2016), repped excavator attachments for Accurate Fabricating, and sold CASE machinery for Inland. This is where the model Iron Bronco runs on today got built.
The fourth founder — a BC operation I helped build from nearly nothing. From a standing start to ~$5M in its first full year and ~$7M at its peak. Clients included Michels Canada, Midwest Pipelines, and 25-plus BC contractors.
Independent — and doing it for any owner ready to scale. I bring you work, I bring you people, and I help you run it.
